Human Resource Management (HRM) is one of the most important functions in modern organizations. In today’s competitive business environment, companies need effective human resource practices to survive and achieve long-term success. Activities such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation and employee motivation have a direct impact on organizational performance. The main purpose of this project is to examine the human resource management practices of Trendyol, one of the leading e-commerce companies in Turkey. This study focuses on how Trendyol applies key HR concepts such as leadership, employee engagement, performance management, and digitalization. In addition, it evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of these practices in a real business environment. This project is important because employees are one of the most valuable resources of any organization. Effective HR management increases employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational performance. By analyzing Trendyol, this study aims to provide a clearer understanding of how HR theories are implemented in practice. Furthermore, this project aims to offer practical suggestions for improving HR practices where necessary. In the following sections, the theoretical background of HRM will be explained, and then these concepts will be applied to Trendyol. Finally, a general discussion will be presented.
